If you have an urgent problem that cannot wait until the surgery is open please telephone 0115 979 2691 and your call will be diverted to our deputising service. Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice or arrangements will be made for you to be seen by a healthcare professional.
Your Local Pharmacist
Your local pharmacist will be able to give you free health advice. Many pharmacies operate extended hours on a rota basis.
If you are exempt from paying pharmacy charges, Pharmacy First is a service which offers free advice and medicines for a range of minor ailments without the need to see a GP first. The pharmacy can give you the same medicine that the doctor would have prescribed for you.
If you pay for your prescriptions, this service is still available however you will need to pay for the medicines that you require.
The Urgent Care Centre
This is situated on London Road, Nottingham (next to the BBC) are open all year round, you can call them on 0115 8838500 for any queries you may have.

111 Out of hour service
In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call 111 to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
