NEMS (Out of Hours)
When the surgery is closed, the phones are diverted to NEMS our deputising service, here your needs will be accessed and appropriate action taken.
If the problem is less urgent than a 999 call. You can call NHS 111. This is a free of charge service to anyone living in the Nottingham city area.
Accident and Emergency / 999
Whatever the day or time, if you or someone else experiences severe chest pains, loss of blood, involved in an accident, has suspected broken bones etc, go to accident and emergency dept which is based at the Queens Medical Centre or phone 999.
